We were able to receive the replies from 14 patients within 30 patients we could have obtained informed consents. In result, 40% patients have ever had dental treatment without informing to be infected HIV. The cause would be the experience that they had ever been refused to take treatments and discriminated by dentist and other staffs. Therefore, this results would suggest that the prejudice and incomplete standard precortions by dentists would be associated with dental treatment without informing to be infected HIV. Moreover, many patients request the convenience that is short visiting time and long business hours and so on. This result would propose that the patient's needs turn to diverse requests. We should produce the system that is alloted a part to each facilities to respond to the diverse requests. consents.
