Abstract :ピタヤの冬春期出し栽培技術を確立するため,暗期中断により光強度,処理時間及び処理期間が開花に及ぼす影響を検討した.光強度を10,30,60lxおよび無処理で検討したところ,低い光強度でも発蕾,開花が認められるが,光強度が高くなるほど発蕾,開花が促進され,60lxで発蕾枝率,開花枝率が最も高かった.さらに処理時間を2,4および6時間,処理期間を30日,50日および70日として,処理時間と処理期間を組み合わせて検討した.長日で発蕾,開花し,その限界日長は11時間~12時間の範囲にあった.暗期中断時間は長くなるほど発蕾,開花を促進し,暗期中断6時間では50日以上の電照期間で,発蕾.開花を促進した.また,蕾の発達に及ぼす日長条件について検討したところ,発蕾後は日長の影響を受けなかった.以上の結果から,赤肉系ピタヤの電照栽培における開花促進には,光強度60lx,暗期中断6時間,処理期間50日以上の電照が効果的であると考えられ,発蕾後は蕾長2cm程度で消灯しても開花に至ることが明らかになった.
In order to establish off-season cultivation technique, the effects of lighting intensity, period and time by night break treatment of using incandescent lamps on flowering Red pitaya (Hylocere-us spp.) were investigated. The conditions of the light intensity 0, 10, 30, and 60 lx, was applied. Although flower initiation was seen even in low lighting intensity, but still the more budding and flowering branches were promoted as lighting intensity becomes higher, and percentages of budding and flowering were the highest at 60 lx. And also, the conditions of night break time 2, 4, 6 hours, and lighting period 30, 50 and 70 days were mixed and examined. As a result, the longer day-length promoted the more flower initiation and the critical day-length seemed to be between 11 and 12 hours. The flower bud differentiation was promoted remarkably in the long day-length. The flower initiation was promoted in the condition of 6 hours continuous night breaking more than 50 days. Furthermore, influence of day-length on development of flower bud was examined. As a result, flower bud development was not influenced by day-length treatments.
